Good stay near San Marco!
ideal location comfortable room
I found the hotel's location ideal, close to the Vaporetto stop. The breakfast had a gorgeous view. I received assistance with luggage immediately upon arrival by water taxi. The room was clean and very comfortable.
The hotel's air conditioning was set to a specific temperature and I was not able to adjust it. This made the room a little uncomfortable at times.

The rooms feature Venetian decor. Bathrooms include good amenities. The suite easily accommodates several people. I found everything really clean and beautiful.

The staff was friendly. They came right out to help with luggage. They provided excellent service. Every member of the team acted professionally.

superb canal experience
unbeatable location convenient feature fine views attentive staff
the location is unbeatable, right on the grand canal. i was able to get a water taxi directly in front of the hotel, a very convenient feature. breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fine views i will always remember. the staff was also attentive and helpful throughout my stay!
I found the gym equipment a little outdated. Some newer machines would improve the experience.

the hotel has a spacious terrace where i enjoyed drinks and breakfast. a concierge service is available to assist with bookings and requests, this. the main public areas was light and airy!

the breakfast buffet included a variety of options, but it was not extravagant. i had dinner at the hotel, the service was attentive. the breakfast setting provided a direct view of the canal.

the hotel is located near st mark's square, only a short walk away. luxury brand stores surround the hotel, providing shopping opportunities. the hotel faces the grand canal, its location is convenient.

my junior suite included a large terrace with views of the grand canal. the room was quiet, it faced an inner courtyard. the bed was comfortable, i had good sleep.
